Sally McBrearty


I am a Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Connecticut. My main interests are Human evolution, origin of Homo sapiens, hominid origins, paleolithic archaeology, African prehistory, lithic technology, taphonomy & geoarchaeology. I am actively involved with fieldwork and I intend to spend next next summer continuing my current research project, exploring the archaeology and paleoevironments of the Kapthurin Formation, in Baringo, Kenya.
